Thursday 13, Edition # 14 : Momma's Health

Momma's Health

Momma finally felt like talking about what is going on with her health. It is a very personal issue but I am proud of her for having the courage to talk about it.

1. Looks like momma will have surgery April 4th.

2. Her doctor is one of best in the country! Yea! We are happy about that!

3. He has a robot that will help with the surgery.

4. He trains people all over the world how to use it.

5. He is going to Australia this Saturday and England in two weeks, that is why momma's surgery is so far away.

6. It is not actually momma's back that was "hurt" but a disease called endometriosis. She has had it for a long time. This time it is very bad.

7. She has had two surgeries for it already.

8. This time they will be more aggressive, that is why momma feels all nervous and stuff about it. She still has a few more decisions to make too.

9. She is only 27.

10. They will do the whole thing laparoscopicly. This is good.

11. We will get to cuddle with her for 2 whole weeks after it is over! I think this is the best part!

12. She will try experimental medication after its over to try to keep the disease at bay. However, there is no cure currently known.

13. If anyone whats to talk to us about her experiences or share theirs or anything feel free to email us! There is a link on our page.

Oh NO! I am very sad to hear that your Mummy has to go through all of this. My Mum had a friend with endometriosis and she said it is very, very painful.

Keep close to your Mum and ensure her that everything will be alright! I will purray for her.

I understand why it's hard for your Momma to talk about. I don't have personal experience to share with her, if I did I would, but I have seen friends suffer from it. I know it's very painful.

I'm glad she has an excellent doctor to do her surgery. I hope it and the drugs afterwards brings her the relief she needs. I also hope she's not in too much pain until her surgery. Big hugs for your Momma.

Oh no, your poor mommy! My mommy does not have that disease, but she knows about it, and she feels VERY bad for your mommy having to go through with it. I think your mommy is very brave!

My sisters and I are all sending BIG PURRS your mommy's way, and my mommy says she will be praying hard for her too.

Hi Snickers & Empress,
Thanks so much for visiting our blog! You have a terrific name Snickers, hehehehehe! We're so sorry to hear about your Mama's health. Our Mama has that Fibromyalgia thingy with a whole bunch of other illnesses. Not fun at all. Mama's SIL has the endometriosis so we'll email you.
When you visit the Snitchybug Dog Designs, be sure to look at the Happy Customer Bubbleshare to see some of things we've sold. Most everything is made custom to order, so there aren't too many actual things listed on the store for sale. Mama can make just about anything.
We'll add a link to your blog on ours ok?? Have a great week!
Luv & Wirey Hugs!
